Membership and purchases from the BNT are subject to the following Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
When you become a BNT member, donate funds to help us, or purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address, phone details, etc) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiry date).
We use this information for membership creation, renewal, and/or billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing your membership or an order, we will use this information to contact you.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and do not include Goods and Service Tax (GST) as the BNT is not registered for GST. Any costs associated with shipping any product/offering to you are included in the total shown in the payment process.
After applying for membership or ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your details. We will normally confirm receipt of your application/order within a few minutes. If the application/order is for other than membership or donation, we will attempt to send your goods via Australia post within seven to ten working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and we will advise you via email.
Membership is subject to the terms of the Bicentennial National Trail Constitution. Membership is confirmed at the next appropriate Board meeting – if your membership is not confirmed we will advise you. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Membership and donations are non-refundable. If guide books are purchased in error then they need to be returned within 14 to 21 days to receive a refund or exchange of goods.
Bicentennial National Trail uses 256 bit encryption for its on-line transactions.
BNT may use either the PayPal or eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Both companies processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal/eWAY gateways are secured payments and
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number is not held by or can be viewed by Bicentennial National Trail.
- All transactions by PayPal or eWay are performed under at least 256 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within PayPal/eWAY’s bank-grade data centres, further protecting your credit card data.
